A delicious way to eat your broccoli!

Ingredients

Pasta of your choice I like spelt


Brocolli


Vegan cheeze sauce, see recipe


Chilli flakes



Preparation

Step 1


Make the vegan cheeze sauce as per recipe (see recipe list) and heat up if you have made it ahead of time


Step 2


Cook the pasta according to directions


Step 3


Cook the brocolli to your liking, I prefer mine a bit firm


Step 4


Drain the pasta, add the brocolli and pour over the vegan cheeze sauce, top with chilli flakes if you like!
