Ingredients
Grilled chicken breast
1/4 cup of sticky rice, cooked
1/4 avocado
3 or 4 slices of beetroot
5 or 6 radish slices
1/4 cup fermented sauerkraut
1/2 red bell pepper
1 cup of mixed salad leaves
Preparation
Step 1
Season and grill chicken breast until cooked and cook the rice according to the package instructions.
Step 2
Arrange the salad leaves in a bowl as your base and add the rice to one section.
Step 3
Place the cooked chicken alongside and fan the avocado and place between the chicken and the rice.
Step 4
Add the beetroot, radish and bell pepper to the bowl and top with the sauerkraut
