About the Recipe

This is a fantastic way to hit your nutrition requirements. probiotics in sauerkraut support gut health, healthy fats and fibre keep you satisfied longer and fights inflammation. This would also make a great post workout recovery meal.

Ingredients

  • Grilled chicken breast

  • 1/4 cup of sticky rice, cooked

  • 1/4 avocado

  • 3 or 4 slices of beetroot

  • 5 or 6 radish slices

  • 1/4 cup fermented sauerkraut

  • 1/2 red bell pepper

  • 1 cup of mixed salad leaves

Preparation

Step 1


Season and grill chicken breast until cooked and cook the rice according to the package instructions.



Step 2


Arrange the salad leaves in a bowl as your base and add the rice to one section.



Step 3


Place the cooked chicken alongside and fan the avocado and place between the chicken and the rice.



Step 4


Add the beetroot, radish and bell pepper to the bowl and top with the sauerkraut
