About the Recipe

This 5 minute tuna romaine wrap delivers 25g of protein, healthy fats and is perfect for the days when you're busy but want a healthy meal you can put together in minutes. The variations on this are also endless.

Ingredients

  • Romaine lettuce

  • Tin of tuna

  • Radish

  • Peppers

  • Spring onion

  • Pickles

  • Super sprouts

Preparation

Step 1


Wash and prepare your romaine lettuce and wash and chop your vegetables.



Step 2


Mix tuna with mayonnaise or greek yogurt (or not)



Step 3


Arrange your romaine lettuce leaves onto your plate, I did mine in the shape of a heart, top with the tuna.


Step 4


Add as much veg as you can handle and top with the sprouts. Season, smile and enjoy!
