Super easy and tasty noodle bowl that everyone will love!

Ingredients

1 package of firm tofu


Sweet chilli sauce mix


Singapore noodles or noodles of your choice


Stir fry vegetable mix

Preparation

Step 1


Remove your tofu from the packaging and press out the water. I do this by putting the tofu on a plate then putting an few plates on top of it to gently squeeze the water out. This helps it to stay firm.


Step 2


Once you have pressed the water out you can slice the tofu into squares and fry in a bit of olive oil until lightly browned.


Step 3


Cook the noodles according to directions


Step 4


Add the vegeatbles to the pan and stir fry for a few minutes. Then add in the cooked noodles and stir through the chilli sauce
