Preparation

Prepare and cook vegetables and baby potatoes
Step 2
Cook rice according to directions
Step 3
Heat up the sauce and mix with the vegetables and potaoes
Step 4
Place cauliflower florets and brown rice in a bowl and top with the thai green curry sauce and vegetable mix, absolutely delicious!
