Sweet potato fries
Hummous
Avocado
Radishes
Peppers
Mushrooms and onions
Fresh chilli
Chilli flakes
Preparation
Step 1
Cook your sweet potato fries according to directions.
Step 2
fry your mushrooms and onions in a teaspoon of coconut or olive oil.
Step 3
Slice up your avocado, peppers and chilli
Step 4
When cooked, stack your sweet potato fries, top with the mushrooms and onions, top that with the hummous then add the avocado, peppers, radish and chilli, enjoy!
