Ingredients
Salmon Fillet
Jasmine Rice (50 - 70g) per person
Mixed salad leaves
Cucumber
Peppers
1 - 2 tsp Sweet chilli sauce
Sesame seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Place your salmon fillet in the oven for approx 15 minutes at 180c after preheating
Step 2
Cook your rice according to package instructions
Step 3
Slice your cucumbers and peppers
Step 4
After 15 minutes, take your salmon out of the oven and coat it with the sweet chilli sauce, place it back in the oven for 5 minutes until thoroughly cooked
Step 5
Place the salmon, rice and veggies on a plate. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top and enjoy!
