About the Recipe

Natural boost for the times when you need a lift without the caffeine. This is also great for your skin and as an antioxidant

Ingredients

1 Teaspoon Spirulina powder


2 kiwis


Half a cucumber


1 cup of water


Ice

Preparation

Step 1


Peel and chop the kiwis and cucumber


Step 2


Add to a blender the water, spirulina powder, kiwi and cucumber, add the ice and blend


Step 3


Enjoy! If this is your first time having spirulina it may be a bit "green tasting" for you but stick with it. Whilst it takes a bit of getting used to, the health benefits are outstanding!
