A great recipe if you are vegan or don't like eggs. This is a protein powerhouse, vegan, vegetarian and absolutely delightful!

Ingredients
Package of silken tofu
Mushrooms of your choice
Turmeric
Sourdough bread
Chilli flakes
Preparation
Step 1
Toast your sourdough bread
Step 2
In a pan put your silken tofu and cook over a medium heat, add in a couple of pinches of turmeric, this is what gives it the yellowish look.
Step 3
Cook your mushrooms
Step 4
Assemble the scrambled tofu and mushrooms on top of the toast and top with chilli flakes and salt and pepper, delicious.
