This high protein bowl with sweet potato and greens is rich in beta carotene and complex carbs for sustained energy throughout the day. Perfectly balanced for hormone and muscle health.

Ingredients
1 chicken breast
1 lage sweet potato
1 courgette
2 cups of fresh watercress
1/4 red onion
1 fresh chilli
Olive oil
Sea salt and black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Roast sweet potato cubes until golden
Step 2
Grill chicken breast until thoroughly cooked
Step 3
Create courgette ribbons with a peeler.
Step 4
Slice red onion and chilli
Step 5
Slice chicken and arrange in a bowl, add sweet potato and vegetables and top with seasonings.
