About the Recipe

This satisfying meal not only takes less than 15 minutes to make but also boosts your immune system. It is rich in B - vitamins and packed with enzymes that support your digestive health. Perfect, hormone balancing nutrition.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices sourdough bread

  • 300g of mixed mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 medium red onion

  • 1 handful of fresh sprouts

  • Sea salt and black pepper

  • Chilli flakes

Preparation

Step 1


Toast your sourdough bread until goldena and crispy.



Step 2


In a medium frying pan heat 1tbsp of olive oil and saute the mushrooms and red onion until cooked to your liking.



Step 3


Season with salt and pepper. Pile the mushrooms and onions onto the toasted bread.



Step 4


Top with the fresh sprouts and sprinkle with chilli to taste.
