This is absolutely delicious, takes less than 5 minutes to make and is a nutrition powerhouse. The greek yogurt provides protein, mixed berries for antioxidants and pumpkin seeds and flaked almonds for healthy fats. The natural sugars give a quick energy boost while the protein helps to prevent the dreaded afternoon slump.

Ingredients
Greek Yogurt
Mixed Berries
Pumpkin Seeds or Flaked Almonds
Date Syrup
Preparation
Step 1
Scoop around half a cup of greek yogurt into a bowl. I like fage 0% but you can use whichever you prefer.
Step 2
Top with frozen berries of your choice. You can use whatever you have to hand or top with strawberries as in this recipe.
Step 3
Sprinkle a small handful of pumpkin seeds and flaked almonds on top. If you don't have these you can use any nuts and seeds you have to hand.
Step 4
Drizzle with date syrup, sit back and enjoy!
