2 Slices of sourdough bread or bread of your choice


Vegetable medley mix


Vegan cheese


Coriander

Toast Your bread


Step 2


Lightly fry your vegetable medley mix in a teaspoon of olive or coconut oil


Step 3


Top your toast with a sprinkle of vegan cheese, the vegetable mix and a bunch of coriander, absolutely delicious!
