About the Recipe
Considering this has all the health benefits you could wish for, probiotics for good gut health, calcium for bone density, rich in fibre and omega 3s from the chia seeds, vitamin k for bone health from the blackberries. This is unbelievably delicious and I strongly advise that you make it straight away. I added a square of 85% dark chocolate to mine which was delightful! Seriously this is so good!

Ingredients
150 g Kefir Yogurt
2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
A few blackberries and strawberries sliced
Dark Chocolate (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Place 150g of kefir yogurt in a bowl
Step 2
Mix the chia seeds with the yogurt and place in the fridge overnight
Step 3
Top the yogurt with blackberries, strawberries and a square of dark chocolate, enjoy!
