This bowl is perfect for busy mornings. The oats provide slow release carbohydrates which help to keep your blood sugar steady throughout the morning. Bananas are also a great provider of B vitamins and tryptophan which supports mood.

Ingredients
Whole or quick oats
Banana
Peanut butter drizzle
Chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Cook your oats according to the package directions and how you like them
Step 2
Place the cooked porridge in a bowl or cup whichever you prefer
Step 3
Slice the banana and put on top of the porridge with a sprinkle of chocolate chips and a drizzle of peanut butter!
