About the Recipe
You do not need to over complicate meals. Stick with easy to make, nutritious food that supports your health. This is a fantastic meal to sustain your energy levels throughout the day and can be eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
1 slice of sourdough bread
1/2 ripe avocado
1 egg
Sea salt, black pepper, chilli flakes
Preparation
Step 1
Toast your sourdough bread.
Step 2
Mash the avocado, add a pinch of salt and spread onto your toast.
Step 3
Poach your egg until the white is set and the yolk is runny.
Step 4
Assemble the egg on top of the avocado toast, sprinkle with salt and pepper and chilli flakes to taste.
