About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 slice of sourdough bread

  • 1/2 ripe avocado

  • 1 egg

  • Sea salt, black pepper, chilli flakes

Preparation

Step 1


Toast your sourdough bread.



Step 2


Mash the avocado, add a pinch of salt and spread onto your toast.



Step 3


Poach your egg until the white is set and the yolk is runny.



Step 4


Assemble the egg on top of the avocado toast, sprinkle with salt and pepper and chilli flakes to taste.
